Delivery and Return

  1. We currently delivery to Hong Kong locations only. Shipping cost extra. If you are outside of Hong Kong and interest to purchase please contact us via the online form for availability.
  2. Pick up is the best option for in-gallery especially for large artworks.
  3. After payment complete, we will ship out an order in 3–5 days.

Return on damaged or wrong items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork, except for any damage to the artwork caused before pick-up or delivery to the recipient. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds on damaged or wrong items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the transaction takes more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please call or contact us via the online form.
